At just 6mm thick and 98g, the Xiaomi UltraThin Magnetic Power Bank is genuinely startling to hold. It is thinner than any smartphone on the market, yet somehow fits a 5,000 mAh cell inside an aluminium alloy shell that feels like it should not exist.
It snaps on magnetically and delivers up to 15W wireless charging, or 22.5W via its USB-C port. Charge two devices at once. Ten layers of protection with dual temperature sensors keep things safe. It launched globally at MWC 2026.
This is one of those objects where the engineering is the aesthetic.
